Job Fair 2011, Luneta
Despite the extreme heat of the sun, we joined the workers in their parade as they advocate for more job opportunities and decent work in the Philippines. It was fun and indeed a great experience for us as we also visited the job fair in Rizal Park as we saw a lot of Filipino inventors who created a lot of innovations. We just hope that those people’s talents will be discovered and given funds. They have a big potential to make the Philippines proud because of their world-class inventions.

SSS Administrators
Consultative meeting of SSS on their Proposed Program Enhancements
This was a day for FFW members to consult their concerns and issues regarding the SSS. As an observer, I had learned a lot of things especially when it comes to the benefits of SSS. But after the meeting, there is still a question hanged in my mind, it is whether the SSS is a benefit or just a contribution (since most of the members are still not receiving any benefit from SSS).
